Holding a Master's degree in public law obtained at the University of Toulon, Mr Josselin Bertelle works in administrative litigation and immigration law. Having completed several internships throughout his academic career, before working as a trainee lawyer at the Marseille Administrative Court, he took the oath at the Draguignan Bar in 2017.
Also serving as a municipal councillor responsible for legal affairs and human resources since 2008 within a municipality in the Var region, his experience is a valuable asset thanks to his practical knowledge of public law. Today, Me Bertelle welcomes you at his offices in Puget-sur-Argens or Rocbaron for any questions relating to immigration law, local authorities, civil service law, or any other matter relating to public law.
Also practising in urban planning law and administrative liability law, he is available to assist you in obtaining compensation following personal injury (medical errors, road accidents).
Registered with the Draguignan Bar and formerly registered with the Montreal Bar, Mr Crépin offers support in criminal law, commercial law and any other matters relating to your contracts. After obtaining a Master's degree in comparative legal systems (Common Law) and international law from Aix-Marseille University, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Montreal before joining the Quebec Bar School. Upon returning to France, he joined the HEDAC of Versailles in 2015 before registering with the Draguignan Bar.
Having worked in several law firms in both Montreal and Draguignan, it is on the strength of this experience that he assists you with matters relating to private international law. To this end, he specialises in immigration law, family law, and contract and company law in Puget-sur-Argens. He will therefore be able to advise you on the choices that will best serve your interests, those of your family or your business.
Finally, as a member of the criminal defence group of the Draguignan Bar and passionate about criminal law, Mr Pierre Crépin also handles the defence of victims and individuals accused of criminal offences.
Also registered with the Draguignan Bar, Ms Safa Marzougui completed her studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Nice. Holding a Master's degree in "real estate and urban planning professions", she then joined the EDASE.
As part of her training, she completed a six-month internship at the Nice Administrative Court, which allowed her to further develop her knowledge of the various areas of public law litigation. Since January 2022, she has therefore primarily practised in this field alongside her colleagues at LEXSTONE AVOCATS.
A member of the criminal defence group of the Draguignan Bar, Ms Safa MARZOUGUI also assists clients at the firm with matters relating to criminal law.
Maud GORGIBUS holds a BTS in Executive Assistant Studies.
With 20 years of experience within a law firm in Saint-Raphaël, she has developed a strong and multidisciplinary expertise, enabling her to respond effectively to clients' needs and concerns.
